What we collect

In short: only what we need to run your account.

• Your email address
• Your confirmation that you're 18 or over
• How many scans you have left
• Your scan results and scan history

We do not keep your photos. We read the ingredients from them. Then they are thrown away.

Why we use it

In short: to run the app, and to email you only if you say yes.

• To run your account and your scans (legal basis: contract).
• To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (legal basis: consent).

Who processes it

In short: a few trusted helpers run the app for us.

• Lovable and Supabase, for hosting
• Google Gemini API, to read the ingredients in your photo
• A payments provider, once added

How long we keep it

In short: until you delete it.

We keep your scan history until you delete it or delete your account.

Your rights

In short: it's your data, and you are in charge.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can object to how we use it. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

In short: no tracking.

We only use essential cookies. No tracking.
