Other ingredients

  • 2 slices (30g) ham

  • 4 (40g) cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1 (70g) clementine

What to do

  1. 1

Cut the ham into squares and slice the cheese.

  2. 2

Pack the rice cakes in a bag so they stay crisp.

  3. 3

Pack the ham, cheese, tomatoes and clementine in a box.

Tip: For no meat, swap the ham for 3 tbsp houmous.

Good to know: Cut grapes, cherry tomatoes and olives in half, top to bottom, for young children. Keep the box cold with an ice pack.
