200g Greek yoghurt
Other ingredients
300g strawberries
150ml double cream
1/2 tsp vanilla pod seeds or paste
6 drops stevia drops (optional)
20g flaked almonds, toasted
What to do

Whip the cream until soft peaks. Fold in the yoghurt, vanilla and stevia.

Chop the strawberries. Squash a few.

Layer cream and fruit in 4 glasses.

Top with toasted almonds.
